(1) Question: Will extra large rolls fit?
Answer: Hello, The size of this paper towel holder is 16*8.5cm, so it is not suitable for the over sized type of roll paper.
(2) Question: so this would not attach to a regular painted bathroom wall?
Answer: Yes! I just attached mine last week on the wall and to cover a small hole in the old holder left. It seems good so far. I hope it will hold up.
(3) Question: Are these polished or brushed?
Answer: I think Brushed.
